VALVE POLICY
This information applies to all Valves sold individually or as
parts used in a repair
The manufacture of a valve incorporates a high level of mechanical construction
of a sophisticated nature.
As well as the internal mechanics of a valve there is also a chemical composition incorporated which leads to the actual operation of a valve.
This all leads up to a delicate component with a limited life expectancy.
Factors such as vibration, shock, heat, power throughput, working time (hours) etc. have a direct bearing on the performance and life of a valve.
We purchase valves in good faith from our suppliers who in turn purchase them from the manufacturer in good faith.
We have no recourse to our supplier for the return/exchange/refund for faulty valves, as neither do they have to the manufacturer.
This scenario then unfortunately has to be passed on to the end user.
We contribute to help our customers faced with such a dilemma by reworking the faulty item without any labour charge for the rework.
