Any persons, individuals or companies using this Website facility do so entirely at their own risk.

contac51 shall not be held responsible in the event of information presented not being accurate or up to date, and any subsequent loss deemed to be caused by such misinformation whether directly or indirectly as a result thereof.

The onus shall at all times be on the owner of goods booked in for repairs to ensure that any information obtained relating to their goods is accurate and that they are satisfied with the content and accuracy of that information.

There is no charge for the use of this facility. It is provided as a service in an attempt to benefit all parties, increase efficiency and assist in streamlineing the service/repair operation of both contact51 and our clients.
 


GENERAL
From the time a repair is booked in to the instant it is despatched, the unit's status can be tracked. Computers are used instead of using paper worksheets in our workshop and office. Software on our computers controls all the aspects of the operation. This means that whenever an entry is made on a works order, pertanent details from that works order are instantly reflected on the Website.

DOCUMENTATION
When sending items in for repair please ensure that all relevant details accompany the item, such as whether or not it is a warranty claim, details of fault for attention, return delivery address, name and telephone number. If the repair is being claimed as a warranty then date of sale/previous repair MUST be provided - if not the item will be booked in as a non-warranty item and you will be charged accordingly. We charge an administration fee to change a repair to warranty already booked in as non warranty to that of warranty status.
